The river of life

Many friends who has visited this site (thank you all), they share the same question;

“Fibriandani, you always say releasing and accepting all the unpleasant events.

How’s the easiest process to release the pain, the unhappiness, the unpleasant events, and all the emotion that come with those events?”

Creator of all that is, give us tears (thank you GOD, The Most Merciful, The Most Gracious).

Tears are the river of life. In there shared joy and happiness as well as sadness and fear.

Just release the energy along with tears and realize that it’s just an event in our beautiful life.

Let’s continue our journey, facing the art of life, take the lesson in each event with awareness and feeling so blessed and grateful.

  1. Love this..love this..love this article…

Instead of crying, there’s one thing that i’d like to do when i feel ‘pain’, smiling.
Like one of Mika song lyrics
“Smile like you mean it.. and let yourself let go..”

I use to look at myself in the mirror, then I smile
Then my reflection smiling back at me
    Then I smile back
and my smile turn to laughter

then at the very moment i feel that it is not just my lips that is smiling, the energy flow from the lips to the eyes then fall to the heart

and when my heart is smiling, everything feels lighter, i feel released…

Thank you for always remind me of God priceless gift…

stimulating spirit and touching the emotion..

We all make mistakes but it’s never too late to start again
Take another breath and say another prayer
    and fly away from here…
